Copy Right Policies
Welcome to the official copyright policy of the Diyala Journal for Veterinary Sciences (DJVS). This policy outlines the ownership, rights, and responsibilities related to articles published in DJVS, ensuring transparency for authors, readers, and third parties.
1. Copyright Ownership
Authors retain full copyright of their work upon publication in DJVS. By submitting and publishing an article, the author(s) grant DJVS a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive the work in print and electronic formats.

DJVS maintains strict anti-plagiarism standards. All submitted manuscripts are screened for originality using plagiarism detection software before peer review.

Manuscripts with plagiarism or excessive similarity (over 20%) will be rejected.

Confirmed cases of plagiarism or copyright infringement after publication may lead to article retraction and formal notification of the author’s institution.
